AUTOMATION
We all want to know, how to scale a business once you’ve figured out a business that is starting to work. In a word.. set up and market your offers into a funnel and start automating your business. When you start automating, you can ensure that the way we’re serving and showing up actually makes an impact, thus leading to higher income.
To start your first funnel, you’ll want to rank your offers. Which ones get people on your list and which ones lead to sales and income. Then you’ll want to begin creating a funnel that can last anywhere from 3-6 months.
There are two school of thoughts when beginning your funnels. You can cater it around the steps your students of customers will be taking in order to get to a purchase or a decision. Or you can build a value ladder based on lowest price offer to highest price offer.
TO PAY OR NOT TO PAY
Once you have a funnel created, next step is to decide how you want to drive traffic to your funnel. If you’re having success with organic traffic and organic sales and you know your program and your funnel is working, the next step would be to consider if paying for ads is right for you. Ads can help generate a lot of new traffic. Running ads to free content and freebies is a great tactic that can yield high results because they convert at a much lower price and it gets that person into your funnel. Once they are in your funnel and you have a quick relationship built with them through serving and providing value, you can lead them into making their first purchase.
Personally, I like to make sure that I have a converting funnel before I start paying for any kinds of ads, and I genuinely recommend starting with organic traffic to work out the kinks. But once you have a functioning funnel and you have a few ads running where your email list is growing, even if its just a small three step funnel where you are leading them to an offer, or maybe you are funning ads to a freebie and dropping people into that sequence, these are both great ways to start automating and generating your first passive income.
YOUR FUNNEL FLOW
Next, you’ll want to consider how often you need or want to launch your funnels. Don’t over do it. A good rule of thumb is to launch once a quarter or 2 times a year. This way you can make sure you programs are up to date and all the bugs are worked out.
In having a schedule set up ahead of time you can create some structure and a rhythm around your year that gives you time to plan and not feel rushed. Being able to show up authentically and delivering valuable content over pushing launches non-stop, allows you time and energy to deliver your best stuff and find a structure and systems that work best for you and your team!
